Here is some of the interesting shots to be shared during the event..
The picture looks interesting rite :)...anyway i have some questions to all of u. During the event, the organiser allowed spectators to ride the ballon only for these 2 sessions, i.e
i. as early as 8am to 11am, or
ii. ..from 6pm to 8pm
Haha..by using relevant physics concept :), can u explain why these two session are chosen? Why can't it be at 12pm, 3pm or 4pm?

my guess is the pressure of air...
it's hotter in the afternoon, therefore the air pressure pressing on the air balloon might cause it to explode or something like that...

My Answer : Hot air balloon ride can only be done in these 2 sessions because of the temperature....
As we know Hot Air is less dense than cool air,
if those hot air balloon is ride at 12.00 noon, temperature of hot air up there will be very hot that will cause the hot air balloon to explode....
Next, if we ride te balloon at 8am to 11 am or 6pm to 8pm ~
temperature of air up the sky is low, hence the possibility of hot air balloon to explode is small ~~
haha ~ just a stupid answer ~
oops ~ and in addition ~ the reason of causing the hot air balloon to explode also ~~
higher temperature = kinetic energy of gas atom higher ~ = pressure higher ~ = explode ~
Hye hye.. This is Archimedes Principle.. The water displaced is equal to the medium displaced :) hehe.. something like that.. Well i guess the weather really do play a main role at this point..

masa itu udara sejuk so densitynya lbh tinggi drp hot air balloon. so hot air balloon get more upthrust cos beza density udara panas dan sejuk lebih besar
